These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClosingIQ platform, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by ClosingIQ LLC (“ClosingIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
ClosingIQ provides AI-powered document analysis tools for real estate professionals. The Services include document upload, OCR processing, AI extraction, risk detection, grounded chat Q&A, and structured data exports. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Services are offered under subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite) with monthly billing. Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload to the Services (“Your Content”). By uploading documents, you grant ClosingIQ a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
We do not use Your Content to train our AI models. Your Content is isolated at the workspace level and is not accessible to other users. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process all documents submitted to the Services.
The Services use artificial intelligence to analyze documents, detect risks, extract data, and provide answers to questions. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should independently verify all AI-generated analysis before making business decisions.
While we strive for accuracy (98.7% extraction accuracy across supported document types), AI output may contain errors or omissions. ClosingIQ is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding Your Content), are owned by ClosingIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose during your subscription period.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClosingIQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClosingIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
